The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14.

A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rudolph Peins Jr., trustee, and Ellen Peins, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 701 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to Ira and Patricia Strauss, of Boca Grande, for $2.4 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2006.

SARASOTA
Sapphire Shores

Costero LLC sold the home at 350 S. Shore Drive to Harry Leopold, of Sarasota, for $2,122,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,099 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 1997.

Kanaya
Carl Foltz and Patricia Whetstone, trustees, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to R. Lee Buechler and Nancy Buechler, trustees, of Sarasota, for $930,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $855,000 in 2007.

Bay Plaza
William Manley, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1204 condominium at 155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Barbara Kupferberg, of Sarasota, for $925,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Heights
Rainer Blomster and Debora Blomster, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1760 Arlington St. to Eric and Lauren Blomster, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,745 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,500 in 2011.

DeSota Park
Lorraine De Leo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1884 Hibiscus St. to Thomas and Cheryl Bell, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 1999.

Greenwich
Stephen and Holly Campion, of Sarasota, sold two houses on Datura Street to Mission Property Partners LLC for $454,500. The home at 2205 Datura was built in 1963 and has two bedrooms, two baths and 947 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 2003. The home at 2223 Datura, built in 1955, has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2004.

Esplanade by Siesta Key
Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 5887 Cavano Drive to Parvin and Dieter Schmitt, of Osprey, for $441,000. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Barry and Kimberlee Hothersall, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3173 Espanola Drive to Craig and Amanda Georgiades, of Sarasota, for $394,900. Built in 1969, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,400 in 1993.

Claudette Ares sold her home at 2019 Beneva Road to Dennis and Peggy Knapp, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,500 in 2001.

Alinari
Robert Cadwell and Carol Cadwell, trustees, sold the Unit 909 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Paul and Ilene O’Connell, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $332,700 in 2007.

The Landings South
Charles and Lois Lee, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 5327 Landings Blvd. to Gary and Angela Eason, of Romney, Ind., for $272,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2008.

Granada
Lorry Eible, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3524 Palonia Court to Mission Property Partners LLC for $262,000. Built in 1953, it has one bedroom, one bath and 555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 1999.

Grovelawn
Jon Lee, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2120 Wisteria St. to Stephen Campion, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1949, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,922 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2002.

South Gate
Allen and Amy Menard, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3204 Tanglewood Drive to Stephen Richman, of Mystic, Conn., for $218,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2008.

Long Meadow
Alan Ralph and Susan Dudovitz-Ralph, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2241 Rose St. to William Nauta and Victoria Mackin, of Ontario, Canada, for $207,500. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,900 in 2002.

George and Jane Morgan, trustees, sold the home at 807 Tropical Circle to Mark and Jacqueline Barry, of Sarasota, for $2,137,500. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,765,000 in 2007.

Theodore and Delores Borek, of Sarasota, sold their home at 744 Tropical Circle to Michelle Stanley, trustee, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,793 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 1997.

Casa Blanca
Leah DeJoseph, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 15 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Guerrero and Sharon Soditus, of San Mateo, Calif., for $377,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $193,000 in 1995.

Siesta Beach House
Nancy Cote, of Novi, Mich., sold the Unit 313 condominium at 5950 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph and Wendy Kesslak, of Johnstown, Pa., for $290,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,900 in 1978.

Jonathan Anderson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8922 Bloomfield Blvd. to Vincent and Patricia Dabbondanza, of Poolesville, Md., for $580,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,923 square feet of living area.

The Country Club of Sarasota
Dan and Raquel Bleich, of Fort Myers, sold their home at 3923 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Charles and Lois Lee, of Sarasota, for $527,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,000 in 2012.

Vineyards of Silver Oak
Georgia Bowers, trustee, sold the home at 5141 Cantabria Crest to Kenneth Majewski, of Sarasota, for $472,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2009.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
Michael and Cynthia Charles, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8745 Pebble Creek Lane to Donna Lockhart, of New Brunswick, Canada, for $400,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,600 in 1996.

Savannah at Turtle Rock
Dennis and Peggy Knapp sold their home at 5082 Hanging Moss Lane to James and Maria Grant, of Sarasota, for $323,500. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,855 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2012.

Turtle Rock
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 8288 Nice Way to Lauren Glassman, of Sarasota, for $319,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,019 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in January.

Lakeshore Village
Clayton and Lois Foote, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 76 condominium at 3954 Wilshire Court to Morton and Jeannie Kochman, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2005.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
Warner Mitchell, of Springboro, Ohio, sold the Unit 1508 condominium at 4474 Streamside Court to Sam and Judith Masrouri, of Sarasota, for $222,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 2008.

OSPREY
Oaks II

Robert and Dawna Bailey, of Osprey, sold their home at 226 St. James Park to Bryan and Cheryl Guentner, of Osprey, for $475,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,591 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2013.

Bishopscourt at the Oaks Preserve
Fannie Mae sold the home at 45 Bay Head Lane to John and Vivian Scamardella, of Osprey, for $280,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,439 square feet of living area.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento East

Bryan and Cheryl Guentner sold their home at 103 Da Vinci Drive to Udayan Agrawal, of Nokomis, for $705,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2005.

Calusa Lakes
Maurice and Diana Webb, of Nokomis, sold their home at 2102 Calusa Lakes Blvd. to William and Patricia Girard, of Nokomis, for $363,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,000 in 2004.

Laurel Woodlands
Louis Crissman, trustee, of Sebring, sold the home at to Stanley and Irene Gabrielson, of Seaford, N.Y., for $300,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,205 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $231,500 in 1998.
