There’s really no telling what would happen if 150 people dressed as Santa Claus came storming through Sarasota at the same time. However, this so-called phenomenon, SantaCon, is a reality every year in Lakeland, and it looks like a whole lot of fun.

Sarasota resident Linzy Wilson — that’s her sporting the neon green Shake Weight above — attended the event with her friends in the finest Santa suits they could find. Anyone dressed as Santa, whether it be a ninja Santa, pirate Santa, cowboy Santa or painted Santa, is welcome.
