1- Braden River’s Andrew Garcia recovered a fumble, which led to a tie-breaking score late in the fourth quarter, as the Pirates posted a 14-7 homecoming victory over Bayshore Oct. 11.

2- The Lakewood Ranch High boys swim team finished second at the 18th annual Tri-County High School Swimming and Diving Championship Meet Oct. 12.

3- The Lakewood Ranch High volleyball team swept North Port 3-0 Oct. 10 to clinch the top seed in the Class 7A-District 10 tournament.

4- Lauren Maxey recorded seven kills, nine digs and two aces to lead The Out-of-Door Academy to a 3-0 victory over Booker on Senior Night Oct. 10.

5- Cardinal Mooney senior Grace Casagrande crossed the finish line in 18 minutes, 7.61 seconds to finish third in the Elite Division of the FSU Pre-State Invitational Oct. 12.
