The Heritage Harbour South Community Development District plans to make moves on the East County neighborhood's financial future.

At its meeting at 4 p.m. Aug. 4, CDD supervisors plan to adopt a budget for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. The $413,000 allotted for the budget is the same amount as last year.

The budget will have few changes from the 2014-2015 fiscal year, and residents won't see any increases in assessments.

Lighthouse Cove residents who own single-family homes will pay $80 less in assessments, and condo owners will see a decrease of $65 in assessments owed.

Other budget highlights include:

— $40,000 decrease in lake/ pond bank maintenance

— $5,000 decrease in stormwater system maintenance

— $5,000 increase for sidewalk repairs, which includes pressure washing

—$10,500 increase in road repairs to cover the cost of repaving Chatum Run
