Greenbrook Village home sells for $515,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 22 and Aug. 26.

A home in Greenbrook Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles and Cynthia Piano of Burr Ridge, Ill., sold their home at 13426 Goldfinch Drive to Fadi Kayali and Jennifer Hengy, Lakewood Ranch, for $515,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,521 square feet of living area. The lot previously sold for $71,000 in 2004.

Riverdale Revised
Regions Bank sold the home at4718 Mainsail Drive to Robert and Krystal Sullivan, Bradenton, for $507,750. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,337 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Scott and Laura Keeley, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6485 Indigo Bunting Place to Leigh Fernandes and Theodore Neuweiler, Lakewood Ranch, for $493,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in March.

Richard and Regina Ely, Bradenton, sold their home at 13851 Wood Duck Circle to Robert Hofmann, Bradenton, for $349,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. The lot previously sold for $59,400 in 2003.

River Club North
Jeffrey and Karen Wood, Bradenton, sold their home at 10408 Braden Run to Linda Griffin, of Reston, Va., for $348,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,966 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2005.

James Sartori, Sarasota, sold his Unit 202 condominium at 6320 Watercrest Way to Robert and Kathy Goldberg, Lakewood Ranch, for $338,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,600 in 2005.

David Dexter, Bradenton, sold his Unit 402 condominium at 6430 Watercrest Way to Robert Hofmann, Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,900 in 2009.

Mill Creek
Citimortgage Inc. sold the home at 2107 141st St. E. to Siobhan and Jody Young, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,427 square feet of living area. The lot previously sold for $78,900 in 2005.

Magnolia Hammock at University Place
John and Holly Hroncich, Bradenton, sold their home at 7618 Heyward Circle to Thomas and Kathleen Wagenhauser, University Park, for $306,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,519 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,500 in 2005.

George and Danuta Schloemer, Bradenton, sold their home at 7912 Drayton Circle to Roberta Carton, University Park, for $296,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,700 in 2004.

Eric and Tracey Jewell, Bradenton, sold their home at 319 141st Court N.E. to John and Jeannette Russell, Bradenton, for $262,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,508 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $346,600 in 2004.

Brian DeMaris sold the home at 7939 Whitebridge Glen to Bernadette Casswell, University Park, for $230,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2005.

Albert and Sydne Sannito, of Forked River, N.J., sold their home at 4973 Creekside Trail to Daniel Howard and Esther Lee, Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2004.

Frank and Josephine Fava, Charles and Mary Erjavec and Nancy Giardina sold their home at 7309 Wexford Court to James and Diane Laybourn, of Woodhaven, Mich., for $225,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $559,600 in 2006.

Stephen and Carol Walkiewicz of Marlboro, N.J., sold their Unit 13A condominium at 5560 Country Club Way to Richard and Patricia Metropolis, of Methuen, Mass., for $210,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,000 in 2001.
