Florida Studio Theatre sells three properties

Florida Studio Theatre recorded its second real-estate transaction this month with the Nov. 14 sale of three properties on 4th Street for $1 million.

Less than one week after buying a home at 1259 4th Street for $180,000, the non-profit organization sold three single-family homes across the street to Palsar Developments Inc. Those parcels are adjacent to one another.

Florida Studio Theatre maintains residential properties to house guest actors, directors, designers, interns and acting apprentices seasonally.
