Emergency lane closures on I-75 southbound

Drivers traveling southbound on Interstate 75, near mile marker 215, will see lane closures for the next several hours.

A dump truck spilled "muck" at 9:39 a.m., June 17, on the roadway near University Parkway and I-75, which resulted in closures of all lanes, with the exception of the emergency lane, according to a release by the Florida Dept. of Transportation.

One lane has been reopened, and the emergency lane is still open to re-route traffic.
