Compared to the first quarter of 2014, The Concession has sold 20% more home sites this year.

There's no shortage of land sales in The Concession.

The gated golf course community located in East County recently sold 23 home sites for future custom built homes. The community sold the homes in the first half of 2015, which represents a 20% increase from home sites purchased at this time in 2014.

The luxury home community also experienced an 18% rise in the average sale price of home sites, from $258,524 in 2014 to $305,617 in 2015.

"Buyers are attracted to the exclusivity, privacy and spaciousness offered at The Concession," said Mark Bruce, director of Sales at The Concession. "We are seeing a surge in young professionals with families."
