District 26 umpire clinic upcoming

The spring District 26 umpire clinic will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at Lakewood Ranch Park.

Those who plan to umpire this season must attend. Umpires are asked to where their uniforms and bring their plate gear. The clinic, which is open to umpires, managers, coaches, board members, parents and anyone else who is interested in Little League Baseball rules and regulations, will focus on new and old rules, the strike zone, working on game management and more.
