Country Club Village home sells for $1.075 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 21 and Sept. 25. A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Deborah Hendel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 13650 Legends Walk Terrace to Douglas and Leela June MacKinnon, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,075,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,362,500 in 2006.

River Club South
James and Karol Santarsiero, of Hollywood, sold their home at 9815 Old Hyde Park Place to Jeffrey and Cheryl Sellers, of Bradenton, for $620,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three and two half baths, a pool and 3,623 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2008.

Harbour Walk
Jon and Janice Tucker sold their home at 533 Mast Drive to Louis and Lynn Merucci, of Bradenton, for $660,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,900 in 2012.

Greenbrook Village
Tressa Verna and Delores Dorsey, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6718 Ladyfish Trail to Gilbert and Patricia Sperling, of Bradenton, for $560,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,007 square feet of living area. 

Donald and Jan Silk, trustees, sold the home at 6439 Royal Tern Circle to Carolyn Carver, of Cortland, N.Y., for $385,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $346,100 in 2004.

Luz Henao, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6122 Blue Runner Court to Oscar and Jacquelyn Acosta, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2007.

Michael and Patrice Cairo, of Bradenton, sold their home at 10606 Restoration Terrace to George and Carol Simmons, of Bradenton, for $485,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,300 in 2002.
