LOCKWOOD RIDGE ROAD 
FEB. 18

8:23 p.m. — 8300 block of Lockwood Ridge Road.

Shoplifting: A man grabbed several items in a store totaling $314.74 and tried to flee. He was intercepted by a loss-prevention officer and detained in an office until police arrived to transport him to jail and trespass him from the property. 

TALLEVAST ROAD
FEB. 21

11:30 a.m. — 3600 block of Tallevast Road. 

Possession of Marijuana: Police officers saw a marijuana cigarette inside an empty car they were walking past. The driver returned and admitted to owning the cigarette. Police found other drugs in his car and arrested the man. He was transported to jail. 

GREYHAWK LANDING
FEB. 18

7:28 p.m. — 12300 block of Mulberry Avenue. 

Criminal Mischief: A woman was driving through her neighborhood when she heard something hit her car. She stopped and discovered a small round dent and paint chipped off of the front driver’s quarter panel. When police arrived, they told her they believe a BB gun caused the damage. The woman observed a boy in the neighborhood and confronted him. He admitted to shooting a BB at her car. The boy’s parents agreed to pay for the estimated $350 in damages to her car and the woman agreed not to press charges.

FEB. 22

7:38 p.m. —  8400 block of Gardens Circle. 

Runaways: A woman called to report that her 17-year-old son was missing. 

41ST AVENUE EAST
FEB. 23

7:04 a.m. — 7300 block of 41st Avenue East. 

Trespassing: A grandmother reported that her grandson and two friends were in her apartment uninvited. When police arrived, the grandmother presented trespass papers. Police informed the grandson and his friends they would be arrested if they returned to the apartment. 

GLENBROOKE LANE
FEB. 23

11:33 a.m. — 8000 block of Glenbrooke Lane. 

Disturbance: A father and son began arguing after the father asked the son “to do something with his life.” The son told police his father put his finger in his face while he was lying on the couch. The son said he yanked the blanket off him and it unintentionally hit his father in the chest. The father claimed the blanket hit him in the eye. Both parties declined to press charges, and the son agreed to spend the night with friends.
