The deputy explained the trespass warning to the man and he was advised that he would be arrested if found at the home again.

Suspicious circumstance: A man woke up in the middle of the night when he heard his sliding back door open. When he went to check it out, he found his neighbor standing inside his home. His neighbor began to apologize for the mistake. The resident called the Sheriff’s Office, and upon the deputy’s arrival, they learned that the neighbor had a sleep walking disorder and did not know how he got inside his neighbor’s home. The resident decided not to press charges. The deputy told the neighbor to install audible alarms on his doors that will wake him up if he wanders outside while asleep.
