Commission readies for land-use meeting

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners will consider approving an amended zoning ordinance and preliminary site plan for the Gamble Creek Estates project in Parrish during its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday morning.

Also on the agenda is the approval of an expansion to the Center Pointe Commons in Bradenton and the adoption of a resolution to support the continuance of a prescription drug monitoring program.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m., March 3, in the first floor chambers of the Manatee County Administrative Center, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
