Coldwell LBK agents close $5.6 million sale

A penthouse at Beau Ciel condominium on Boulevard of the Arts in downtown Sarasota closed last week for $5.6 million.

Judy Kepecz-Hays, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, listed the penthouse. Maggie Hicks, also of Coldwell’s Longboat Key office, represented the buyer.

The 8,000-square-foot condominium has 360-degree views of downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bay, four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, 2,100 square feet of terrace space and a state-of-the-art theater, according to a prepared statement. It was featured in 2010 on Wealth TV’s “Behind the Gates,” a program that showcases exclusive homes.
