The Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl XLVII victory ended a winning streak for Mote Marine Aquarium manatee Buffett.

Buffett placed his bet on the Denver Broncos Jan. 24, when he swam to a target with the Broncos’ logo. He had picked the Super Bowl winner correctly for six consecutive years.

Perhaps Buffett’s half-brother, Hugh, is now the manatee to watch before placing bets next year: Hugh swam to the Seahawks’ target.
