In our debut episode, we're making a Maple Julep, which uses maple syrup to give a classic drink an autumn twist. Let's get started.
You will need:
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- 2 mint sprigs
- ice
Instructions:
- Add maple syrup and mint sprigs to a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddler.
- Add bourbon and ice.
- Shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Enjoy
