Children and parents were able to explore their inner architects with the help of a mountain of LEGOs at the Center for Architecture Sarasota's educational event.
The Center for Architecture Sarasota hosted a morning of LEGO architecture education on Saturday. Parents and kids gathered around multiple giant piles of LEGOs provided by Bricks 4 Kidz. The center exposed dozens of kids to the joys of creative architecture as the children built homes, boats and other structures. In the the opposite side of the center, as University of Florida graduate architecture students were in a serious class on design, much younger students were sharing their infectious love of building.
