Kathe Roberts, trustee, of Montclair, New Jersey, sold the Unit 902 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles Alex Ratner and Ilana Horowitz Ratner, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, for $3.81 million.
