Woman uses child to conceal crack pipe

Sarasota County deputies discovered a crack pipe beneath a 6-year-old boy during a traffic stop after 10 p.m. Friday, June 14.

Deputies arrested Fallon Miller and Gregory Wagner near the intersection of Dixie Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Miller ran a stop sign in a white pickup truck. Deputies discovered crack cocaine in Fallon's mouth and the child between the pair.

The Sheriff's Office charged Wagner, who was arrested 16 times in Sarasota County prior, with child abuse and possession of cocaine, and Miller with possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
