Enjoy rich rhythms and sensational sounds at the Jazz Worship Service this Sunday, Feb. 9.

Entering its twenty-first year, this popular program features Al Hixon, a well-known drummer and jazz director in the Sarasota area, and several other talented musicians, all of whom were part of nationally acclaimed jazz bands at one time.

The music begins at 10 a.m. at the Longboat Island Chapel, 6200 Gulf of Mexico Drive. All are welcome to attend.

Following the service, there will be a Mardi Gras-style “Salute to Carnivale” brunch served in the Fellowship Hall. For more information, contact the church office at 941-383-6491.
