The eighth annual Embrace a Life Health and Wellness Expo takes place Saturday, Sept. 28, in the lobby of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
This year's expo, organized by Lakewood Ranch Community Activities, focuses on pediatrics and family care.
The event, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature a Kids Zone and the Disney Doc McStuffins booth where children can receive a wellness check up for their favorite toy.
