Vision Plan meetings scheduled

Vision Plan subcommittee meetings have been put on hold until September.

Planning, Zoning and Building Director Monica Simpson alerted subcommittee members in an e-mail Wednesday, Aug. 18, that the meetings will reconvene in September.

Scheduling conflicts did not permit the group to get together for the rest of this month.

And the subcommittee wants to make sure town attorney David Persson will be available to discuss a controversial topic regarding how specific language should be when making suggestions about what the town would like to see done to certain parcels for future redevelopment.

The meetings are scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1 and Tuesday, Sept. 7 in the Town Hall antechambers.
