Village tour planned for maintenance firm

Sarasota County’s $97,917.70 contract with Championship Landscape Maintenance Professionals to keep Siesta Key Village in a “resort-like” condition begins Sept. 10, and Siesta Key Village Maintenance Corp. Chairman Mark Smith will lead firm representatives on a tour through the district Friday.

Smith told members of the Siesta Key Village Association this morning to send him any specific concerns for him to highlight during the tour. 

Sarasota County has finished its review of the approximately $3,000 reimbursement for Maintenance Corp. incorporation and accounting costs and the “check is in the mail,” Smith said.
