Vehicles burglarized in Tara

Manatee County Sheriff's Office deputies today responded to a string of vehicle burglaries in the Teal Trace subdivision in Tara.

A sheriff's office report states sometime between 10 p.m., June 13 and 7 a.m., June 14, unknown persons entered vehicles in the 6600 and 6700 blocks of Tailfeather Way and in the 7600 block of Teal Trace. 

Three of four vehicles were just rummaged through, with no items taken. The fourth vehicle had a GPS stolen.

All four vehicles were left unlocked.
