Two Crescent Arms condos top week's residential sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 5 and Dec. 9.

Two condominiums in Crescent Arms top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Elizabeth Van, of Huron, Ohio, sold her Unit 301-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Bronson and Bonnie Bronson, trustees, of Lees Summit, Mo., for $700,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,009 square feet of living area.

Erik and Laura Ogren, of Stillwater, Minn., sold their Unit 7 condominium at 6308 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Christopher, Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1965, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,232 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2007.

Turtle Bay
Stephen and Tamara Baines, of Grand Junction, Colo., sold their Unit 306-B condominium at 8735 Midnight Pass Road to Gerard and Luanne Waldecker, of Brighton, Mich., for $385,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in February.

The Moorings
Jay and Patricia Evans, of Vestal, N.Y., sold their Unit 13 condominium at 9070 Midnight Pass Road to Gerald Marker and Audrey Marker, trustees, of Bloomington, Ind., for $305,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $397,500 in 2004.

Siesta Manor
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 336 Avenida Madera to Windsor Property LP, Osprey, for $289,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Ronald and Maxine Appenbrink sold their Unit 103 condominium at 5912 Midnight Pass Road to Charles Clark, of Huntington Beach, Calif., for $285,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2003.

Casa Blanca
John Bussema, trustee, of Parchment, Mich., sold the Unit 3 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Valerie Pober, Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1998.

Peppertree Bay
Jo Anne Tucker, trustee, of Santa Fe, N.M., and Peggy Klineman, New York, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 1255 Peppertree Drive to Frederick Kramer, trustee, of Bloomington, Ill., for $260,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $96,000 in 1981.

Bay Tree Club
Pamela Walsh, Deborah Owen, Marcia Ford and Laurie Thornton sold their Unit 308 condominium at 8625 Midnight Pass Road to Elias and Paraskevoula Louridas, of Fresh Meadows, N.Y., for $217,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,500 in 1990.

Douglas and Rosemary Ferdinand, Sarasota, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 8625 Midnight Pass Road to Kenneth and Helen Darsney, of Laconia, N.H., for $205,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 2003.
