Two-bedroom Westchester condo sells for $525,000

The following residential real-estate transactions, from the Manatee County Property Appraiser, took place between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15. Transactions from the Sarasota County Property Appraiser for this week were not available as of press time.

Westchester
David Hodgson and Mary Hodgson, trustees, of New York, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gerald and Sandra Marsh, of Pittsburgh, for $525,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1997.

Cedars West
Richard and Sandra Mahrenholz sold their Unit 204 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Claritas LLC for $475,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $65,500 in 2003.
