What is golden brown with a gooey inside and round all over? An Italian rice ball from Mozzarella Fella on Main Street.

Known for its cheesy rice filling, sometimes studded with pancetta or ham, Arancini is a staple in many parts of Italy, where workers keep them in their pockets for an afternoon snack. Eat them gooey right out of the fryer, or at room temperature straight from the counter display. Either way, these yummy treats are like a hand-held risotto ball.

Be careful, though---you may want a few more to take home and yes, if they are in your pocket, they might mush---so it's best to carry them in a brown paper bag!
