Town still seeking Colony developer financials

Town Manager Dave Bullock sent a letter to Colony Beach & Tennis Resort Association President Jay Yablon dated June 7, urging the Association to reveal JHM Financial Group LLC company history, financial statements, a list of current and completed project, references and banking references.

JHM Financial is the Colony Association’s selected developer and Commissioner Terry Gans requested the company provide the information at a May 20 special meeting.

“To date, this information has not been received by the town of Longboat Key,” wrote Bullock. “We ask that this information be provided without delay. The requested information should provide the town with an understanding of the financial viability of the JHM Group as the selected developer for the Colony property.”
