+ Tots enjoy traditional fun
Temple Emanu-El children began preparation for Hanukkah with a special Tot Shabbat program Saturday, Nov. 16. The children enjoyed Hanukkah-themed activities, such as playing dreidel and sampling traditional Hanukkah desserts. Then, on Saturday, Nov. 17, the temple’s religious school students created Hanukkah cards for senior Jewish residents. The students’ greeting cards will be distributed in partnership with Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Sarasota-Manatee.
