+ Tiny loggerhead turtle stays on track
Longboat Key photographer Mary Lou Johnson snapped this shot of tiny turtle tracks found Sunday by Longboat Key Turtle Watch volunteers. The tracks came from a turtle that hatched from a nest that was relocated because of high tide. Fortunately, the hatchling headed straight to its home in the Gulf of Mexico.
