The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10.

A condominium in Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 0429 LLC sold the Unit 1506 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Roman Rozin, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,147,500 in June.

F. William and Brenda Mendicino sold their home at 4577 Camino Real to Charles Hart III, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and two half-baths, a pool and 3,841 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2001.

Harbor Acres
Rita Barber sold her home at 1538 S. Orange Ave. to Investor Services VI LLC for $575,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $27,000 in 1971.

Poinsettia Park
Bruce Smoyak, of Platte Woods, Mo., sold his home at 1907 Magnolia St. to Monika Hager, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,500 in 2010.

Danyel Libertore, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1800 Goldenrod St. to Lisa Gialdini, of Sarasota, for $275,100. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2005.

Cassandra Shea, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1623 Kenilworth St. to Alden Snead, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,000 in 2011.

Gulf Gate East
Paul and Marilyn Miller, of Bradfordwoods, Pa., sold their home at 3866 Easton St. to Matthew and Amy Zaccara, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,800 in 1985.

Central Penn Capital Management LLC sold the home at 5158 Wild Flower Court to Leo and Beverly Nikkari, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2005.

Stephen and Wendy Ahnen sold their home at 5242 Far Oak Circle to Charles and Julie Hendrickson, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,464 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2005.

Pamela Bonanni, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1040 Scherer Way to Richard and Jane Glennan, of Osprey, for $370,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,373 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2007.

Jill Woolacott, of Oak Bluffs, Mass., sold her home at 3726 Castellon Court to Kurt and Joyce Ottinger, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,000 in 2004.

William Murphy, of Rocky Hill, Conn., sold his home at 4624 Deer Trail Blvd. to Leslie Pitstick, trustee, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2010.

Konrad and Kay Marine sold their home at 7556 Andora Drive to Amos and Catherine Gates, of Sarasota, for $211,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,000 in 2004.

GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 2047 Timucua Trail to James and Bonnie Price, of Englewood, for $272,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,499 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2004.

W. Russell and Iralyn Snyder, of Nokomis, sold their home at 2017 Tocobaga Lane to Kevin and Janice McClurg, of Rochester, Mass., for $335,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,900 in 2004.
