Three-bedroom Sanctuary unit sells for $840,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 8 and Dec. 12.

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Douglas and Joan Danko sold their Unit A-303 condominium at 545 Sanctuary Drive to Christopher Ontiveros, of Bettendorf, Iowa, for $840,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 1994.

Seaplace
Gestion Danielle Luc Inc. sold the Unit M2-112-B condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judith Baird and Nancy Jo Vermie, trustees, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for $740,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2011.
Maypel Inc. sold the Unit G1-206-A condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brigitte Gee, of Ontario, Canada, for $499,200. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1986.

Beachplace
Kathryn Wholley and Martha Hildreth, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 405 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Salpietra, trustee, of Oakland Township, Mich., for $705,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in April.
John and Ellen Jo Spittell sold their Unit 101 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Vincent Quiros and Joanne McNally, of Valley Cottage, N.Y., for $604,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area.

La Playa
John Stewart, trustee, of Roxbury, N.Y., sold the Unit 109-A condominium at 4425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to V.J.R. Ski Corp. for $515,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1988.

Longbeach Village
Jay and Caroline Robertson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 730 Fox St. to Carol and Wayne Burgess, of Merritt Island, for $363,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2013.
