The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 27 and July 31. A home in Richmond Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Daphne Goodyear, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8040 Collingwood Court to John and Nancy Kelly, of University Park, for $1,195,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 4,587 square feet of living area.

James and Linda Lash, of Union, Ky., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 6458 Watercrest Way to Mary Bennett, of Lakewood Ranch, for $539,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $487,500 in 2008.

Robert and Anne Nathan, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7706 Heritage Grand Place to Rolf and Ann Quisling, of Cornelius, N.C., for $520,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2012.
