Three-bedroom condo at Islander Club of Longboat sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 9 and Sept. 13.

A condominium in Islander Club of Longboat tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Diane Wakely sold their Units 115-N and 116-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Park, trustee, of Naperville, Ill., for $1.15 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2007.

Bay Isles
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 511 Harbor Point Road to Russell Ireland Jr., of Staten Island, N.Y., for $1.09 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2004.

Grand Bay
David and Terry Bieker, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 116 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Melvin Norman, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Sherry Howell, trustee, of Nashville, Tenn., sold the Unit 315 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Philippe Koenig and Sydelle Pittas, of Longboat Key, for $800,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2009.

Winding Oaks
Darrell and Lesley Huntley, trustees, sold the Unit 12 condominium at 3423 Winding Oaks Drive to David Geis, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $709,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2010.

Westchester
Dwight and Natalie Mowrey sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Eileen Tombasco, of Wall Township, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2004.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Edward and Lynn Dailey sold their Unit 906 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Cindy Kim, Darcy Krislock and John and Carolyn Kim, of Saskatchewan, Canada, for $520,100. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,000 in 1996.

Sea Pines
Lois Townsend, of Washington, D.C., sold the Unit 23 condominium at 6945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Tobey and Lucy Leske, of Nantucket, Mass., for $415,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Patricia Tobin, Janet Liguori, Gerald Liguori, Raymond Liguori and Gina Laudone, of Westerly, R.I., sold their Unit 711 condominium at 711 Bayport Way to Marcie Lance, of Highland Park, Ill., for $399,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,900 in 1990.

Sleepy Lagoon
Stuckey and Allen Real Estate Investment LLC sold the home at 541 Edlee Lane to David and Ash’Lee Moats, of Kissimmee, for $302,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2012.

Windward Bay
Michael Brooks, trustee, of Methuen, Mass., sold the Unit PH-6 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marianne Crosley, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $281,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area.

LIDO KEY
DCA FIDU Inc. sold the home at 310 Mourningside Drive to Fikry and Irene Isaac, of Flemington, N.J., for $1.1 million. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,500 in 1970.

Lido Regency
David Rivero and Emely Thoen-Rivero, of Miami, sold their Unit 2-F condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Samuel Nickols, of Sarasota, for $228,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one bath, one half-bath and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,000 in 2006.

BIRD KEY
Gulf South REO LLC sold the home at 628 Owl Way to Bruce Myer, of Sarasota, for $860,100. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,586 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in March.

Billy and Marilyn Hurst, of Sarasota, sold their home at 430 Bird Key Drive to Christina Shantz, of Sarasota, for $812,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2009.

ST. ARMANDS
St. Armands Towers
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 86 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James Turner and Laura Turner, trustees, of Sarasota, for $501,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,000 in 2004.
