The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 7 and Oct. 11.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and April Pampalone, of Sarasota, sold their home at 582 S. Spoonbill Drive to Charles and Charlotte Bimba, of Sarasota, for $2,375,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2008.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Jack Hendler sold his PH-2 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Edward and Sharren Raimonde, of Acworth, Ga., for $938,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,957 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $738,500 in 2004.

Westchester
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 4835 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Jezewski and Lisa Jezewski, trustees, of Randolph, N.J., for $375,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,900 in April.

Fairway Bay
Louis Bevilacqua, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1104 condominium at 1922 Harbourside Drive to Scot McKee, of Bershire, United Kingdom, for $365,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2006.

Longboat Arms
Joan Minot, of Redding, Conn., sold her Unit 301D condominium at 3330 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Nicole Gebhardt, of Wedel, Germany, for $325,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,362 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $26,000 in 1972.

Catherine Cheton and Debra Gaston, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit A-604 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Neil and Penelope Manasse, of Albany, N.Y., for $1.2 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2008.
