A condominium in 360 North tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nicholas and Sandra Verola sold their Unit 1 condominium at 260 N. Shore Road to Bradley and Nancy Ytterberg, of St. Louis, for $1,335,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2011.

Grand Bay
Jeanne Starck, of Moon Township, Pa., sold her Unit 193 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Kenneth Seitz and Betty Seitz, of Atlanta, for $1,050,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2012.

Country Club Shores
Joseph and Mary Moccia, trustees, sold the home at 536 Ketch Lane to Todd and Kathleen Callahan, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2000.

Doris Hurwitz, trustee, and Gilbert Hurwitz, of Sarasota, sold the home at 483 Partridge Circle to Payson and Lisa Adams, of Falmouth, Maine, for $840,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,209 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2013.

Christopher Roberts and Josephine Gambardella, of McLean, Va., sold their home at 625 S. Owl Drive to Maureen Harmon, of Santa Barbara, Calif., for $830,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2012.

John and Patricia Brouder, trustees, sold the Unit 505 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and John Waterman, of Toledo, Ohio, for $735,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 1999.

J.D. Waterman sold the Unit 302 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Larry and Priscilla Mitchell, of Longboat Key, for $475,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1981.

Lakhbir and Jasbir Hayre, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 211 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Marie Souza, of Osterville, Mass., for $587,500. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $843,900 in 2005.

Leon and Dan Catlin, of Ticonderoga, N.Y., sold their home at 6821 Hughes St. to Michael Nessly and Elizabeth Marple, of Lansdale, Pa., for $545,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, one and a half baths, a pool and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $416,700 in 2009.

Mark Steinhafel, trustee, of Brookfield, Wis., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Randall and Jami Swaffod, of Lutz, for $531,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,175 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,000 in 2008.

Harbour Oaks II
Joseph and Regina Platano sold their home at 2360 Harbour Oaks Drive to Janet Rush, trustee, of Grandville, Mich., for $530,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,187 square feet of living area.

Fairway Bay
James and Lynn Brandolini, of Winsted, Conn., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 1906 Harbourside Drive to Kenneth and Cheryl McEwan, of Vergennes, Vt., for $520,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $438,000 in 2013.

John and Nancy Stamper, of Englewood, Colo., sold their Unit 416 condominium at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Pollyann Baird, of Longboat Key, for $435,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1994.

Randall Gilmore, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 13 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Sarasota Properties LLC for $360,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

Whitney Beach
James Goodridge sold the Unit 184 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Susan Lindner, of Oceanside, N.Y., for $315,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2002.

Rodrick Rowe, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 188 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barry Levine, of Longboat Key, for $211,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2012.

Jeanne Singer, trustee, of Frederick, Md., sold the Unit 196 condominium at 738 El Centro to Loretta and Michael Carolan, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.
