The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, has captured the third and final suspect in a violent home invasion robbery that occured November 1, 2011 in Sarasota.
In the 2011 attack a male victim was hit in the head and choked, almost losing consciousness. Another suspect pulled a femal victim to the floor by her hair and held a gun to her head. The three then ransacked the home and fled with the gun.
The final suspect is 25-year-old Carlos Longoria. He was found at a home on Nottingham drive in Ft. Myers Tuesday, May 7.
The first suspect, Anthony Lusson, was known by the victims and arrested shortly after the break-in. The second, Usier Rosario, was found hiding in a dryer at a bradenton home January 2012.
