A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Maureen Ruscher, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 902 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Charles and Faine Smith, of Avon by the Sea, N.J., for $3.45 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,873,900 in 2011. 

John Ringling Estates

Mark Scheffee, of Sarasota, and Elizabeth Scheffee, of Windham, Maine, and Jennifer Peterson, of Grand Isle, Vt., sold their home at 101 N. Adams Drive to Josef Gombert and Jessica Seitz, of Fulda, Germany, for $630,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $97,000 in 1986.

Bay Isles

Norman Epstein, of Ontario, Canada, sold his home at 3400 Bayou Sound to Rene Siwy, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1986.

Beachplace II

Michael Wilson, trustee, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 1095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ramel Diab, of Palos Heights, Ill., for $510,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2003.

Seaplace II

Donald Cooks, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit M1-110F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Gablin, of Chicago, for $463,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,500 in 2002.

Second Longboat Harbour

Harris and Harriett Barber, trustees, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Armando and Patricia Gonzalez, of Orlando, for $300,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,500 in 1989. 

Lido Towers

Edward and Elizabeth Kasper, of Farmington Hills, Mich., sold their Unit 511 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Dominic and Carole Cristiano, of Ontario, Canada, for $288,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one bath and 813 square feet of living area.
