SATURDAY, June 4

Race cars of all types will be on display during the Larry Brazil Memorial Sprints, Street Stock 75 Laps event, at the DeSoto Speedway, 21050 State Road 64 East. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, June 4-SUNDAY, June 5

The summer travel season will heat up when travel softball teams from across the state, including the Suncoast Storm, hit the diamond for the Summer Storm Season Kickoff, at Lakewood Ranch Park. Pool play begins at 8 a.m. June 4 and continues throughout the day with championship games slated for June 5.

SATURDAY, June 4-SUNDAY, June 5

The North Florida PGA Junior Tour will host its first event of the season, at the Longboat Key Club-Harbourside, featuring junior golfers, ranging in age divisions from 12 and Under to 16-18. A free junior clinic will be held from 9-11 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
