The Out-of-Door Academy boys basketball team tips off its season with a 7 p.m. home game against Imagine School. Last season, the Thunder got off to a 7-1 start, but slowed to a 12-10 final regular-season record. The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team will take on Portugal at 7 p.m. as part of the 2016 Nike International Friendlies and U.S. Soccer Academy Winter Showcase at Premier Sports Campus. Joe Gallardo is a star in the making and has 14 goals in 19 games with the U.S. team.
