Taylor Morrison executives broke ground Jan. 28, on a new development at the corner of Stickney Point Road and Tamiami Trail.

Derek Andruss, Cammie Longenecker and Mike Mansfield, all vice presidents with the developer, posed for photographs Jan. 28, at the future site of Esplanade by Siesta Key.

Taylor Morrison will offer five home options ranging from $291,000 to $397,000 at the eventual 77-acre site of roughly 250 homes, according to development plans.
