Students perform at all-state concert

Student singers Chloe Sciarrone, Abbie Owens, and Shannon Smith represented the East County at the All State Elementary Chorus concert Jan. 14 in Tampa.

Braden River Elementary Principal Hayley Rio and music teacher David Katz; Bashaw Elementary Principal Josh Bennett and music teacher Barbara Sullivan; Manatee County Superintendent Tim McGonegal and Manatee County School Board member Harry Kinnan attended the concert to cheer on the students.
