Siesta Properties home sells for $1.79 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 10 and Sept. 14.

A home in Siesta Properties Inc. tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barry and Monica Kramer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7808 Sanderling Road to Siesta Key Landholdings LLC for $1.79 million. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 1999.

Gulf and Bay Club
Joseph Klarberg and Judith Klarberg, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 309 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to William Swarthout, of Chambersburg, Pa., for $635,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2000.

Siesta Isles
Miron and Susan Malboeuf, of Warren, Vt., sold their home at 5310 Cape Leyte Drive to Gene and Barbara Habrel, of Lake Geneva, Wis., for $620,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2005.

Siesta Revised
John Burns, of Nokomis, sold his home at 3916 Shell Road to Clark Zumwalt, trustee, of Delavan, Ill., for $550,000. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2010.

Siesta’s Bayside
Judith Whitacre sold her home at 710 Birdsong Lane to Scott Miller and Nancy O’Brien, of Sarasota, for $426,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,522 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2008.

Crescent Arms
TRAM sold the Unit 305-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to First Investment Team South LP for $385,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2010.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Nancy Reif, of LaGrange, Ill., sold her Unit G-84 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Cruce Properties LLC for $385,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $52,500 in 1999.
