Siesta Key home tops sales at $1.975 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 18 and July 22. A home in the Revised Siesta subdivision tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joy Naylor, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 3319 Higel Ave. to Roy and Marie Cohen, of Summit, N.J., for $1,975,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,689 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $475,000 in 1999.

Sarasota Beach
William and Margaret Ames sold their home at 600 Beach Road to Siesta Properties LLC for $1.9 million. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,875,000 in 2001.

Siesta Beach
James and Linda Hinton, trustees, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 644 Tropical Circle to Stephen and Reba Winter, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for $425,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,968 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2003.
