Siesta Key home sells for $2.6 million

A home in Siesta Revised tops all real-estate transactions from June 12-16. Albert and Monika Tomlinson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4039 Shell Road to Michael Murphy, of Clarence, N.Y., for $2.62 million. Built in 1969, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,449 square feet of living area.

SIESTA KEY
Ocean Beach

Jocelyn Weisdorf, of Pacific Palisades, Calif., sold the home at 4712 Higel Ave. to Brian and Diana Roberts, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $529,500 in 2001.

Sarasota Beach
Myrel Gordon, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5322 Calle De La Siesta to Siesta Sunset Royale LLC for $800,000. Built in 1999, it has six bedrooms, six-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.01 million in 1999.

Coquille
Marlene Culligan sold her Unit 203 condominium at 1153 Coquille St. to Hunter Barney, trustee, for $620,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1990.

Sara Sands
Harry and Mary Weaver, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5047 Windward Ave. to Midnight Pass Rentals LLC for $540,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $409,000 in 2000.

Peppertree Bay
Linda Miller, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 601-A condominium at 1080 Peppertree Lane to Volker Neumann and Gisela Neumann, trustees, for $445,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1991.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Bernice Kramer, personal representative, sold the Unit 206 condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Andrew and Elizabeth Wachnik, trustees, for $360,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1980.

Sunrise Cove
Jesse Petty, of Pinckney, Mich., and Thelma Sheldon, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold their Unit 412 condominium at 8911 Midnight Pass Road to Mark and Anne Burnell, of Chicago, for $224,900. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $96,000 in 1997.

Desota Park

Larry and Jill Johns, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1841 Hibiscus St. to Roger Slaalien Jr., of Sarasota, for $879,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1997.

Alinari
Marc Glass, of Cromwell, Conn., sold his Unit PH-1615 condominium at 800 Tamiami Trail to Edward Luecke, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,471 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $643,500 in 2009.

Sapphire Heights
CNL Bank sold the home at 671 Marlin Drive to Eric Grindley, of Sarasota, for $370,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 2004.

McClellan Park
Patrick Lesur, of Seclin, France, sold his home at 2355 McClellan Parkway to Frank Dieckman and Melanie Scott, of Sarasota, for $306,000. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,557 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $709,800 in 2007.

Grove Lawn Revised
Sharon Jones and George Kozma, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2183 Hibiscus St. to Kenneth and Andrea Weissleder, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,356 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,000 in 1989.

Citrus Square
Citrus Square Inc. sold the Unit 305 condominium at 445 Orange Ave. to Marianne Wiedmann, of Sarasota, for $291,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet of living
area.

Burns Court Enclave
Jessie Williams LLC sold the Unit 2 condominium at 1542 Oak St. to Ann Miller, Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.

Albert and Lucy Muehlman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7600 Calle Facil to Manly Molpus, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1997.

Country Club of Sarasota
Ward Miller, of Grove, Okla., sold his home at 3827 Spyglass Hill Road to Carol Simonson, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2007.

Stoneybrook at Palmer Ranch
Pledged Property II LLC sold the home at 9496 Hawksmoor Lane to James and Linda Daly, of Sarasota, for $258,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,431 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1995.

Pinestone at Palmer Ranch
Emery and Elizabeth Kovacs, of Norton, Ohio, sold their Unit 2311 condominium at 8389 Wingate Drive to Timothy and Wendy Miles, of Sarasota, for $150,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,500 in 1999.

OSPREY

Dennis and Jacklyn Dube sold their Unit 601 condominium at 236 Hidden Bay Drive to Susan Parker and Margaret Johnson, of Osprey, for $525,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $717,000 in 2005.

Park Trace Estates
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 104 Park Trace Blvd. to Cynthia and James Krider, of Osprey, for $310,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,557 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $618,000 in 2006.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento South

Steven and Joan Johnson, of Myakka City, sold their home at 418 Murillo Drive to Randy Wilson, of Nokomis, for $425,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1999.

Mission Valley Estates
Michael and Charlotte Worobec sold their home at 930 Trotter St. to Michael and Tina Tardibone, of Nokomis, for $332,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,625 square feet of living area.
