A home in Sarasota Beach tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Feb. 3 to Feb. 9. LandMark Bank Florida sold the home at 168 Island Circle to Susan and Donald Maier, trustees, for $1.19 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,431 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.27 million in 2008.

Blair Lavagna sold the Unit 314 condominium at 711 Beach Road to Elizabeth Brannen and Michael Donohue, of Westport, Conn., for $520,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 927 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2006.

Tadd and Pamela Ford, of North Maple Grove, Minn., sold their Unit 311 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Craig and Ruth Stoller, of Haviland, Ohio, for $375,000.
