Siesta Key home sells for $1 million

A home in Mira Mar Beach tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Oct. 28 to Nov. 5.

Robasota Real Estate Ltd. sold the home at 62 Avenida Veneccia to Stuart Johnson, of Lake Dallas, Texas, for $1 million. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,759 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2005.

Jack Lefrock, of Sarasota, sold his home at 164 Island Circle to Azmi and Isabel Kabbani, of Sarasota, for $920,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,083 square feet of living area.

Louise Short, of Waverly, sold her Unit 1006 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Andrew and Theresa Lucibello, of Wallingford, Conn., for $540,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Siesta Manor
James and Melba Talbot, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5015 Calle Minorga to Sherif Abushadi, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2001.

Island Reef
David and Tatiana Staats, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502-H condominium at 8779 Midnight Pass Road to Darryl and Gertrud DeMille, of Ontario, for $390,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2000.

James and Sharon Cirillo, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 303 condominium at 1200 E. Peppertree Lane to Mark and Julie Pacana, of Algonquin, Ill., for $365,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2004.

Craig Harvey and Darlene Wood-Harvey, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 409 condominium at 8911 Midnight Pass Road to Samuel and Shanai Hill, of Estero, for $350,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2005.

R. Brian and Amy Stoy, of Washtenaw, Mich., sold their home at 1402 S. Orange Ave. to Michael and Marilyn Sullivan, of Port Hueneme, Calif., for $525,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,505 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2007.

William and Rebecca Hardwick sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to James and Carol Raffini, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,800 in 2006.

Andrejs Jurjans and Bonnie Cummings, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5261 Heron Way to William and Debra McGaffin, of Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,000 in 2004.

Richard and Rita Wallace, of Sarasota, sold their home at 9485 Hawksmoor Lane to Harry and Betty Pawlowitz, of Sarasota, for $355,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,700 in 1993.

John and Carmen Grammatica, of Sarasota, sold their home at 147 Da Vinci Drive to Fausto Alba, of Nokomis, for $185,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2004.
