A condominium in Crescent Siesta Key tops all real-estate transactions from July 27 to Aug. 2. Bob and Ruth Mechigian, of Commerce, Mich., sold their Unit B-403 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Stuart Wolpoff and Lee Rosner, of Potomac, Md., for $925,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $905,000 in 2006.

Peppertree Bay
Kenneth Boiarsky and David Silberstein, trustee, sold the Unit 507A condominium at 1080 Peppertree Lane to Michael and Mary Burrows, of Ontario, Canada, for $435,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,500 in 1989.
Ruth Zackin, trustee, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 1125 Peppertree Drive to Bruce and Susan Bergman, of West Hartford, Conn., for $340,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area.
Midnight Cove II
C. Beth Cotner, trustee, sold the Unit 134 condominium at 1900 Midnight Cove II Place to Joseph and Kathleen Orie, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for $304,900. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in April.

Bahia Vista Group Investments LLC sold three properties to West of the Trail LLC for $750,000. The first is at 2504 Arlington St. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. The other two are vacant lots at 1140 Citrus Ave. and 1131 Orange Ave. No square footage was available for the lots.

Mary Goehring, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 806 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Carol Mannausa, trustee, for $630,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,597 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,800 in 2007.

Geoffrey and Diane Copeland, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 71 condominium at 5055 Kestral Park Drive to Geri Manson, of Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2006.

Shannon Davis sold the home at 3164 Espanola Drive to Cody Moss, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.
