The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office COPS North unit has identified Jamar Sanders as the accomplice in burglaries to two homes in Summerfield Park as well as one in the Tara community.

Deputies yesterday obtained warrants for Sanders, charging him with three counts of burglary to an occupied dwelling. A witness identified Sanders as the suspect in the front seat passenger in at least one burglary involving Ryan Viet, of Palmetto, who was arrested earlier this month for the same crimes.

The two suspects stole golf clubs out of open garages in the 12600 block of Rockrose Glen and the 12800 block of Nightshade Place in Lakewood Ranch Oct. 7-8. A similar incident occurred in Tara Oct. 6.
