Seagrove condominium tops week's sales at $2.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 25 and July 29. A condominium in Seagrove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Jean Ball, of Orchard Park, N.Y., sold their Unit BH3 condominium at 1010 Seagrove Lane to Dennis and Sandra Martin, of Elma, N.Y., for $2.3 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2007.

Royal Palm Harbor
Joseph and Clare Walker, trustees, sold the home at 1291 Southport Drive to Richard and Jeanne Hamm, Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 3,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2 million in 2002.

Ralph S. Twitchell
Michael and Nancy Riney, trustees, sold the home at 137 Big Pass Lane to John and Susan Zenga, Sarasota, for $1,737,500. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,486 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $950,000 in 2003.

Crystal Sands
Carl and Patricia Cooper, Sarasota, sold their Unit 809 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Brenda Packman, of Ontario, Canada, for $740,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2003.

Sandy Hook
Bryan and Kate Eible, Sarasota, sold their home at 6 Sandy Hook Road to Robert Portheine and Corinne Portheine-Hartog, Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,949 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2004.

Gulf and Bay Club
American Community Bank & Trust sold the Unit 107 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Catherine Everett and Robert Everett, of Winnipeg, Canada, for $500,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2007.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
William and Wilma Thornton, trustees, of Keller, Texas, sold their Unit P2 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Glen and Marilyn Townley, of Harbor Beach, Mich., for $389,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2003.

Beachaven Apartments
Robert Spark Jr. and Bonnie Spark, trustees, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., sold the Unit 7 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Joy Murphy, Cincinnati, for $210,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,000 in 1981.
